Caleçon classique Core | Gris chiné

bad quality

Very comfortable and the cut is great.

Customer service was deeply disappointing. Rather than resolving the issue with my existing order, they offered 15% off a future purchase as a supposed “gesture of goodwill”—which, in practice, requires me to spend more money with the company to receive any remedy at all.

A genuine gesture of goodwill would have been applying the 15% adjustment to the order in question and making a reasonable effort to resolve the actual issue. Customer service should be about resolving problems, not turning a complaint into an incentive for another sale. The entire experience felt disingenuous and left me with very little confidence in the company.

the sizing is the only issue, ordered a small expexting the wasitband to be way more snug , but such a comfy material

Good fabric but the cut is too feminine according to me.
